NEW ONLINE SCHEDULE
Once you have the schedule loaded on your device, you will be able to:
  • Click on ANY WORKSHOP to:
  • View the Instructor and their Bio
  • View the Choreographers list
  • View the STEPSHEET for the Dance
  • View a DEMO (Demonstration of the Dance with Music)
  • View a WALKTHRU (Instructional teaching of the Dance)
  • View The ENTIRE schedule of workshops for the Instructor
  • AND…
  • Click the HEART icon to add the workshop to your personal itinerary/favorites
  • The Workshop will be added to your calendar and become HIGHLIGHTED on your personal view of the screen
  • Click the HEART icon again to CHECK the workshop off after you have attended it
  • The HEART will turn into a CHECK mark and change the workshop color on your screen
  • Click the CHECK to unselect the workshop from your itinerary/favorites
  • Click on ANY ROOM TITLE to see a MAP of the event space
  • Click on ANY EVENT to see ticket information, specific details
  • Receive NOTICES of UPDATES to the overall schedule or changes that affect your personal itinerary/favorites
This all happens in REAL TIME – No need to reprint an itinerary, this new feature is LIVE and updated every 5 minutes in our system.
You will need Mobile Cellular Service and/or WiFi to use this feature.
If you are unable to use your mobile device to utilize this new feature for the event, there will be a preliminary schedule PDF for the event that you can print to have or bring with you posted on the SCHEDULE page on our website. There will be a FEDEX Copy Center on property that you can purchase printed copies from.
This feature also eliminates the need to DOWNLOAD Stepsheets for the event, they are accessible anytime now at the click of a button.
This feature also eliminates the sometimes “Unsatisfactory” results of displaying DEMO’s on in-room televisions – How much time are we spending in the room anyway?… now the DEMOS are with you everywhere you go!
Note:
  • When you close the screen or browser on your device – ALL your favorites will be SAVED and viewable the next time you open your device
  • provided that you use the SAME DEVICE throughout the event
  • If you change devices you will lose your saved itinerary/favorites
  • This new feature has NEVER been in the US, and is EXCLUSIVE to our event!
  • There will be NEW TV Screens across the Dance Hall displaying up-to-the-minute display of the schedule!!!
