Important – Please Read

To make registration as painless as possible for both you and the VDE Staff, please read the following before starting registration:

  1. DO NOT USE ALL CAPS – the staff must manually reset to standard case. This is a time-consuming process when dealing with 1500+ registrants.
  2. Use proper upper case / lower case when typing your name, address, and other info. Again, staff must correct any errors.
  3. Do not use parentheses to denote a nickname. We have provided a place for you to enter the name you wish to have on your name badge.
  4. Double check your email address as that is how we communicate with all registrants when necessary. A simple mistype in your email address will render any messages the system or we need to send to you as undeliverable.
  5. All extra items – Fast Pass, Step Sheet USB stick, event shirts, and other items are ALL available during your registration process. Please select any desired items at this time so that they are properly paired with your registration pack.
  6. The address you enter MUST match the billing address on file for your credit card. If it does not match, the payment WILL NOT be processed.
  7. If you made an online payment, you will receive an email confirming your payment. Your registration is NOT VALID until payment has been received.
  8. Confirmation and payment emails will be sent to the email address you gave us. If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder.
  9. There are no refunds or credits of any kind once payment has been received. NO EXCEPTIONS.
